Who is responsible for your data
The controller is the venue: Quick Order, tax ID 777777777777, Avinguda de les Corts Valencianes, 14, 12580 Benicarló, Castelló. The QuickOrder platform processes the data only on its instructions.
What is collected and when
Ordering at the table: nothing. No name, no phone, no email is asked for.
Takeaway order: only the email address, to send you the code you collect the order with.
Table reservation: name, phone and email. The name and phone let the venue recognise you and call you; the email lets you cancel the reservation.
Account and club, only if you open them: email, a password stored encrypted so that nobody can read it, and if you wish, name and birthday. They are used to sign in, to show your orders, bookings and points, and to greet you on your birthday if you gave it. News by email only if you tick the box.
On what basis
To do what you asked for: hand you the order or hold the table. They are not used for advertising, not sold and not passed to anyone else.
Account and club: because you open them, and you can close them whenever you like. News by email only with your permission, which you can withdraw in the account profile.
For how long
90 days from the reservation or the order. After that the name, phone and email are erased automatically; what remains is a record without personal data, which the venue uses for its accounts.
The account is kept while you use it. If you do not sign in for 24 months, it is erased automatically. You can erase it sooner with the “Delete my account” button or leave only the club; orders and points remain without your details because they are part of the venue’s accounts.
Where they are stored
On the platform server, located in the European Union. Card payments are handled by the payment provider: card details do not pass through the platform or the venue.
What you can demand
To know what data about you exists, correct it, ask for it to be erased before the deadline, object to its use and take it with you. Ask by writing to info@quick-order.es. If you are not properly attended to, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
